This quest is much similar from the A Professor’s Protege and the Frogs of Legends, instead of finding a frogs, you need to find an old trap somewhere in the map.
THE FROGS OF LEGEND FF15 FREE
Once you already have that two pre-requisite mission, you’re free to take this side-quest anytime you want. The pre-requisite mission that you need to complete first before taking this side-quest is the Burden of Expectation (Main Quest) and the A Stroll for Two (Side-Quest). In Final Fantasy XV (FFXV), when you reach the Lestallum’s Market, a new side-quest is available that you can take from talking to the Proprietor’s Grandson.
